Thanks for trotting by! At London Penny, every order gets the tail-wagging treatment, straight from the paws of London & Penny.

Order Processing

We make all of our goodies on demand—just for you! Please allow up to 3 business days (and up to 5 business days during holiday season from 11/24 - 12/20) for us to fetch, print, and prepare your order before it heads out the doggy door.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We ship all standard orders via UPS Ground:

• 🐾 Flat Rate Shipping (3-5 business days for shipping): $9.99 
  

Expedited delivery options are available, as well:

• 🐾 UPS next day air (1 business day for shipping): $19.99 

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our den, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow it every paw-step of the way.

Delays

While we chase down timely deliveries, things like weather and holidays may slow our sprint. Thanks for your patience—we promise it’s worth the wait!
