Refund policy

At London Penny, every item is  made to order — just for you! Because our products are printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for items that don't quite meet your needs (like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind).

But don’t worry — if something arrives that doesn’t match its published description, we may accept returns.  Examples include:

  • There’s a printing mistake
  • You received the wrong item

To make a return request, email us at LPsupport@londonpenny.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A few photos of the product

Once we examine the issue, we’ll be happy to send a free reprint or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.  Contact support at LPsupport@londonpenny.com

We make all of our products on demand—just for you! Please allow up to 3 business days for us to print, and prepare your order before we ship it to you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We ship all orders via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air, and we keep things simple with flat-rate pricing:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 for orders under $75
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after production.

Tracking

After your order leaves our facilities, you'll get a tracking number so you can track it.

Delays

While we try to make our deliveries timely, things like weather and holidays may delay delivery. Thanks for your patience—it’s worth the wait!
